Auberge Gladstone - Schedule of Rates and Policies

RATES AND POLICIES

Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy and include ALL taxes. Each room has a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, and robes. All rooms are designated as non-smoking. Rates include use of our outdoor jacuzzi (seasonal), and loaner bicycles and helmets as well. During high season, some rooms will have a minimum stay requirement.

If you'd like continental ensuite breakfast, there is a $15 additional charge for double occupancy, or $5 for children. Otherwise, you will have coffee and tea only. We offer this option because we are within easy walking distance to several wonderful breakfast cafes, including the Blue Blinds organic bakery, open 24 hours a day except Saturday.

In order to make a reservation, click on Availability/Reservations in the left sidebar, which will bring up the list of available rooms. There will be a small box that says “Click to make a reservation request” which will ask for your information. Your credit card information will be captured but no charges will be made until arrival, or in case of a cancellation. Longer or multi-room reservations, or reservations that are made for peak periods may require pre-payment or a deposit.

Check in time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM or by pre-arrangement.
Check out time: 11:00 AM.
For children over age 3, the additional charge is $10 per night. Children under 3 are free, and are welcome.
We offer a cot for an extra guest in the Gladstone Room if needed.
Please note, for very tall guests, please be aware that the ceiling in the Loft is pitched.
The sofa-bed in the Loft should be folded up when not in use to maximize floor space
Our ensuite continental breakfast usually consists of yogurt, granola, fruit, juice and bread or muffin.

Reservations may be guaranteed by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) at the time of booking.
There is a fee of $40 for any cancellation made less than one week prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours, your credit card will be charged for one night's lodging.
As a small inn, we request your commitment to your reservation. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts or inclement weather. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at insuremytrip.com or Access America. These companies are independent and not affiliated with Auberge Gladstone.
Guests with confirmed reservations who do not honor their reservation or who do not call to cancel are responsible for the entire commitment.
Guests are responsible for their entire length of stay regardless of an early departure.
